Thermoform Tooling from conventional to highly customized applications, we process your project from product design through tooling optimization. We develop 3D solid model designs using our state of the art CAD packages to best suit your project applications. We have seats of CadKey, AutoCad, SolidWorks, and Inventor (DXF, IGES , X_T, PDF). We are able to design your package, work to your package files, or design cavities for you product. Repair, refurbishment or upgrade engineering is also available for ProTherm or competitor tooling. Our design engineers are experienced and adept at reviewing initial customer information, and will communicate at key intervals the progress of the design. Customer expectations including shipping targets are communicated to all levels of the organization from design engineering to manufacturing to shipping. Before manufacturing begins customer approval is required either by email, FTP, or a visit to our facility. This is done to make sure that all our customers will rest assured that ProTherm is meeting their tooling and delivery expectations. All drawings and files are available upon project completion, whether hardcopy, CD or FTP transfers are preferred. We pride ourselves on developing innovative tooling solutions and maintaining the complete confidentiality of all our customer’s designs. |
