Extensive design experience in Thermoform Tooling from conventional to highly customized applications gives us the ability to take your project from product design through optimized tooling and accessory package delivery. We employ 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional solid model design capabilities across multiple CAD packages to best suit your project requirements and have a host of import/export tools that allow us to exchange all major CAD data. We have seats of CadKey, AutoCad, SolidWorks, and Inventor. Please note: 2D files in DXF, 3D models in IGES or X_T, and detailed prints in PDF are the preferred method of sending files to us. We are able to design your package, work to your package files, or design molds for your cavities. Repair and refurbishment or upgrade engineering is also available for ProTherm or competitor tooling. All projects are assigned a designer that the customer is given direct access to in order to clarify expectations, remove bottlenecks, and improve communications as a whole. Any open issues are recorded and a design time line is provided throughout the project to confirm communications and schedule adherence. All project designs conclude with a formal customer design approval process ensuring the customer is fully satisfied that all requirements are met. All drawings and files are available upon project completion, whether hardcopy, CD or FTP transfers are preferred.
